Processing time

Every OTTOFIGURE piece is printed, finished and packed in our workshop in Yalova, Türkiye. Orders are handed to the carrier within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Hand-painted and personalized items can take longer; we will email you the expected date before production starts.

Shipping rates

International: $8 tracked shipping. Free tracked shipping on orders of $49 or more.
Türkiye: ₺116 standard shipping, free on orders of ₺1,500 or more. Express shipping: ₺250.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, which we email to you as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop. Delivery times depend on your country and the carrier.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are paid by the recipient.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, email photos to help@ottofigure.com within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a refund. If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, contact us and we will resolve it.
