Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. To start a return, email help@ottofigure.com with your order number. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back; we will reply with return instructions.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email photos within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund. In these cases we cover the return shipping.

Exceptions

Personalized and custom-made items (for example a custom bust made from your photo) can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. Digital products (STL files) cannot be returned once downloaded.

Refunds

When your return arrives, we inspect it and email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund.
